Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support a dynamic team of real estate professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations and administrative support, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support to a designated group of real estate associates
- Manage lease and contract administration using company-approved boilerplates
- Prepare representation agreements, dual agency/designated agency agreements
- Draft timing and critical dates letters for executed contracts
- Maintain and update sales pipelines for both agent and company forecasting
- Run and compile sales comparables for acquisitions, dispositions, and leases
- Serve as liaison with clients and closing attorneys from contract to closing
- Calculate and file all sales and lease commissions
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for broker commission processing
- Assist with property reporting and provide marketing support when required
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5–7 years of direct or related experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly learn industry-specific software
- Experience with project/task management tools and online real estate platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
