Patten Title Company is a well-established title company with offices in Austin and Houston. We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of title company experience.
- Assisting with the Escrow Closing team to ensure successful transactions.
- Some collaboration with the title department to resolve title issues.
- Coordinate with buyer, lender, seller and/or broker to timely collect items and/or information needed to process files and/or cure title issues for a successful closing.
- Ensure all payoffs, taxes, and HOA are ordered, updated and collected
- Address inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset Management Companies professionally and promptly.
- Confirm closing dates, location, and documentation needed for closing with borrowers.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of title company experience
- Great knowledge base regarding resale, refinance and investor business
- Full time physical attendance is an essential function in the jo
