Position Summary:
The Real Estate Executive Assistant will play a vital role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. This individual will work directly with clients, vendors, and team members, providing administrative support and hands-on help with real estate transactions, showings, scheduling, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to grow within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to client phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and attend meetings, showings, and site visits
- Manage listing input and updates in the MLS
- Generate reports and assist with market analysis
- Organize and manage calendar, schedule appointments, and set reminders
- Communicate with vendors, inspectors, contractors, and clients
- Maintain CRM/database and ensure contact information and notes are up-to-date
- Enter new property listings, photos, and details into the MLS system
- Monitor and maintain active listings, status changes, and updates
- Assist with transaction coordination and follow-ups
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
- Occasional weekend event staffing
- Canva Social Media Updates
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License in Missouri (MO & KS Preferred)
- Experience in real estate support, office management, or transaction coordination preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent time management
- Proficient with Google Workspace, MLS platforms, CRM software, and general tech tools
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
- Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 Schedule
Compensation/ Benefits
Pay is based on experience. Starting $18-$20/HR.
Paid Time Off after 1 year.
