Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various channels to proactively source and identify high-caliber candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, etc.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of FXI's employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and participating in relevant industry events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM C-P or PHR preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role in Recruiting - Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP: Recruitment Manager and ADP: Lyric and iCIMS
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, etc.
- Ability to meet metric-based goals such as TTF (Time to fill), InMail Acceptance Rate, Requisitions Closed, etc.
- Prior recruitment experience for a manufacturing company preferred
- Ability to manage a variety of roles at various levels
- Ability to prioritize requisition load
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work schedule
