Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerical/Administrative Assistant to support our Title Department and manage a variety of administrative tasks across six store locations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal administrative processes and documentation standards.
- Handle clerical budgeting duties, including placing and tracking Amazon orders.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies for multiple locations.
- Assist the Title Department with documentation, filing, and other administrative support as needed.
- Process outgoing mail and coordinate urgent mailings or deliveries.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and special requests that may arise from any of our six stores.
- Run urgent local errands as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation for occasional errands.
