Summary
As an integral member of the Voit Real Estate Services team, this position will create branded marketing materials for commercial real estate properties and brokerage teams for print, email, and websites. They will incorporate their design, layout, typography, illustration and photo manipulation skills into populating templates or creating new branded designs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Populate branded marketing collateral and informational pieces for Brokers:
- Banners, brochures, broker opinion of value, case studies, eblasts, listing pitches/proposals, newsletters, offering memorandums, postcards, presentation boards, presentation covers, reports, resumes, signs, and other materials as requested
- Customized templates upon request
- Create appropriately formatted output files of marketing collateral for vendors and/or web: prints, pdf, jpg, png, gif, etc
Design branded templates for use by Client Coordinators, brokers, staff, and management
- Banners, brochures, broker opinion of value, case studies, eblasts, listing pitches/proposals, newsletters, offering memorandums, postcards, presentation boards, presentation covers, reports, resumes, signs and other materials as requested
Provide graphic and production support to Client Coordinators and Brokers
- Assist with collateral production
- Assist with photo retouching projects following industry guidelines
- Assist with editing site plans, floor plans, aerial overlays, and graphs
- Review layouts for adherence to brand standards and aesthetics and provide feedback as necessary
Provide basic training to Client Coordinators in the production of marketing collateral using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, PowerPoint and Excel:
- Use/customization of branded templates
- Image quality and resolution for print and web
- Editing site plans, floor plans, aerial overlays, and graphs
Maintain open lines of communication with Client Coordinators and Management to facilitate continual improvement of skills, quality of marketing collateral, and adherence to brand standards
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates degree (A.A) in a related field of study from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of related experience and/or training.
Computer Skills Required:
- Adobe Creative Suite 2024 or 2025: including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge, Acrobat/Acrobat Reader
- Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Intranet, and Internet
- Basic HTML coding skills preferred
