Seeking an associate with 5 - 7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side finance is required.

Experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions.
Provide clients with premium top-tier service.
Be solutions-oriented and exercise common sense.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers (i.e., high EQ and customer service skills).
Remain organized and able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
Anticipate problems and issues and make the lives of clients easier: identify issues, quantify risk and make sound, actionable recommendations.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $290,000.00 per year
