Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating appointments nationwide for our sales team. This position is crucial for driving business development and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly in the residential construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Daily cold calling.
- Meeting or exceeding 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our 3rd Party Warranty Administration business.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and improve appointment-setting processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively engage potential home builders and developers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an appointment setter.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Familiarity with sales, along with an understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and client information.
- Natural conversationalist, confident and enthusiastic.

- In person at 200 W. Douglas Ave., Ste. 100, Wichita, KS 67202.
Compensation
- $19-21/base pay plus the potential to earn commission working 20-25 hours per week.
