We have an intriguing Real Estate Executive Assistant opportunity for a small, privately-held, and entrepreneurial Real Estate Family Office & Developer located in the Triangle, but with heavy emphasis on the Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina (New Bern, etc.) areas.

This key, confidential role will be an in-office position located in the Eastern part of the Triangle and have Full-Charge Bookkeeper responsibilities along with potential for Property Management and Development Associate responsibilities depending on experience.

Small Business, QuickBooks, Yardi experience required.

Property Management / Paralegal experience / Notary a plus.

Key Qualifications:

QuickBooks Desktop experience
Yardi
Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and analytical skills a must
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
Superior communication, time management, and organizational skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to stay organized and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related preferred, but not required.
