Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Laborer will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks on construction sites, assisting with drilling and excavation, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role involves manual labor, working with a team, and adhering to safety guidelines and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, excavation, or related field
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is preferred
