What You’ll Do
- Represent tenants and landlords in lease and sale negotiations
- Source new business through cold outreach, networking, and broker relationships
- Conduct market tours, site evaluations, and demographic analyses
- Build relationships with tenants, landlords, and fellow brokers
- Prepare and present deal packages (with marketing support)
- Track deals and prospects in our CRM and internal tools
- Partner with senior brokers and mentors to fast-track your growth
