We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Researcher to join our growing investment team. This role is pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating real estate markets, trends, and investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong data analysis, market research, and financial modeling background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct macro and micro-level market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Analyze economic, demographic, and real estate data to assess market viability and risks.
- Develop and maintain databases of real estate transactions, comps, etc.
- Support the acquisitions team with due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment memos.
- Monitor and interpret industry news, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Work closely with asset managers, brokers, and analysts to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in real estate investment, research, private equity, or consulting.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools such as CoStar, Yardi, Argus, or REIS.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-starter with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
