We are seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function. This executive leader will play a critical role in shaping and executing a best-in-class talent strategy aligned with our business goals and culture. The VP of Talent Acquisition will oversee all aspects of recruiting, including executive search, employer branding, candidate experience, recruiting operations, and workforce planning.
This role demands a dynamic leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, scale hiring processes, and attract world-class talent to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Design, implement, and evolve a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and DEI priorities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global recruitment team.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to forecast talent needs and develop proactive pipelines.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee recruiting operations and ensure a seamless, data-driven hiring process.
- Implement and optimize recruiting technologies, analytics, and tools to increase efficiency and scale.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on candidate experience, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
Executive & Technical Hiring
- Lead recruitment for senior and executive-level positions.
- Support hiring strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles across various departments.
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Elevate the company's employer brand in key markets through strategic marketing, partnerships, and candidate engagement efforts.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal DEI leaders to embed equity throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success leading recruitment in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, systems (e.g., ATS, CRM), and data analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
