Role Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working General Laborer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who is physically capable, takes direction well, and enjoys working with their hands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople on various job sites
- Load and unload building materials
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Site cleanup and debris removal
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous construction experience preferred
