Position Overview:
We're looking for a licensed real estate agent eager to gain real-world experience through a paid summer internship. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a top-producing real estate team and learn the inner workings of the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with active transactions and day-to-day client communications
- Shadow listing appointments, showings, and consultations
- Support marketing efforts, including social media and open houses
- Learn contract-to-close processes and CRM systems
- Gain exposure to lead generation, negotiations, and time management
- Collaborate with a driven, team-oriented group of real estate professionals
Who You Are:
- A licensed real estate agent (or will be by the start of the internship)
- Eager to grow and open to learning
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about real estate and personal growth
- Available to work in person in the DFW area during summer 2025
