The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross functional partners, and centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for Tech roles across Amazon.
- Manage the candidate experience, including the interview, feedback and selection process, team participation.
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high volume and high hiring bar environment
- Experience in building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate and prior university recruiting preferred
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of success in managing projects and programs in a fast pace, complex and ever changing work environment
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
- Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
