Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join their client's dynamic team in beautiful St Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to assist in managing assets efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Asset Manager with their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective asset management.
- Supporting the preparation and analysis of asset management reports.
- Helping to coordinate and oversee asset-related activities and projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all asset-related information.
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate asset management processes.
- Providing administrative support as needed to assist with asset management tasks.
- Monitoring asset performance and assisting in developing strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in asset management or a related field is a plus.

Monday to Friday

Additional Details:
Salary Range: $20 - $22 per hour
