Position Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Craftsperson/General Laborer, You’ll Be An Essential Part Of Our Construction Team, Performing Various Tasks To Support Heavy Civil Projects, Including
- Operating hand tools and small power tools.
- Assisting with concrete finishing, carpentry, and general construction work.
- Keeping job sites clean and organized.
- Setting up traffic control and ensuring worksite safety.
- Operating small heavy equipment safely.
- Working under the supervision of foremen and superintendents to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift/carry 50-100 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- 3+ years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction or related fields is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment, carpentry, and concrete finishing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screening.
- Preferred: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
