We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the president of the company in both personal and professional capacities. This unique hybrid role combines high-level personal assistance with possible oversight of the home environment.
This is a role for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is exceptionally trustworthy, and has experience balancing executive and household responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling personal and limited executive appointments
- Book and manage travel arrangements (air, hotel, transportation, itinerary planning)
- Run personal errands, shopping, gifting, returns, and administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and extended family on behalf of the principal
- Assist with special projects, events, and occasional light business correspondence
- Provide administrative support as needed (expense tracking, email filtering, etc.)
- Oversee daily operations of the residence, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate with school(s) and extracurricular instructors
- Accompany child(ren) to and from activities as needed
- Maintain household inventory and supplies; manage orders and provisioning
- Ensure the home is always guest-ready and up to the family’s standards
- Schedule and supervise home maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in education, hospitality, or business)
- Prior experience as a PA, governess, or similar hybrid role for a high-net-worth individual or family
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Confident, professional demeanor with a proactive mindset
- Valid driver’s license; clean background check required
