Hyannis Country Garden is seeking a Laborer to assist in the Garden Department. In this role, you will: Work in Pick Up Area assisting Customers to load products into their vehicle. Receive and display green goods and hard goods merchandise as directed. Be able to assist customers with GARDEN selling skills in accordance with training card program. Maintain company standards as stated in policy manual. Reporting to the Sales & Merchandising Manager in the Garden Department, instructions for new assignments are directed daily through a working task list. In addition, the successful candidate must have the physical ability and endurance to lift heavy objects repeatedly and able to work in all kinds of weather. A basic knowledge of plants and plant maintenance is desirable but not required. Good interpersonal skills and the good ability to work with public are required. A candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a laborer in the landscape industry helpful not necessary.
