Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Manage office tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Operate phone systems to facilitate communication within the office and with clients.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

Experience

Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential for document management and collaboration.
Previous experience in an office environment or as an office clerk is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures will be beneficial.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this skill can enhance communication with diverse clients.
Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
