Job Description
MA Restoration is looking for a skilled and motivated General Construction Laborer to join our crew! In this role, you'll be a key player in our restoration and mitigation projects, helping bring properties back to life. You'll team up with seasoned pros, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the construction and restoration world. This position offers great growth potential, with opportunities to advance your skills and move up within the company as you gain experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with various mitigation and restoration tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, and general labor duties.
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Loading and unloading materials and supplies at project sites.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction or restoration work is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work year round.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license.
