Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week (hours may vary)

We are a growing, EMDR-certified therapy private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows across the practice.Responsibilities:

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
Conduct preliminary interviews for new hires
Train new employees on systems and processes
Fax client records securely and accurately
Run payroll and manage company policies using Gusto
Manage company benefits
Track and update staff licenses, certifications, and insurance
Approve and track staff sick and vacation time
Manage and update website content via GoDaddy
Assist with basic marketing tasks to promote the practice
Perform other general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with or willingness to learn:
SimplePractice (or similar EHR system)
GoDaddy (for website updates)
Gusto (for payroll)
Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Experience in a mental health or medical setting is a plus, but not required
