Your Role:
- Represent high-net-worth buyers and sellers across Tampa Bay's luxury communities, providing concierge-level service and maintaining utmost discretion.
- Leverage the strong ABODE® brand reputation and our exclusive marketing resources to attract and retain premium clientele.
- Convert high-intent, pre-qualified leads (provided through our advanced marketing) into successful transactions.
- Utilize our tech tools for innovative market analysis, pricing strategy, and efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with our supportive in-house marketing, PR, and tech teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Active FL Real Estate License (Assoc. or Broker) & proven luxury sales track record in Tampa Bay.
✔️ Expertise serving HNW clients & profound knowledge of luxury neighborhoods (St. Pete, Clearwater, Tampa).
✔️ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Tech-savvy mindset (CRM, digital tools) and entrepreneurial drive.
Preferred: Multi-million dollar annual volume, established luxury network, relevant designations (CLHMS, etc.), strong social media branding experience.
