Real Estate Assistant Position
Join a dynamic and top residential real estate team in Silicon Valley as a Real Estate Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless client service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with property preparation, marketing, vendor coordination, and client communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of property listings, including creating brochures, managing Supra lockboxes, setting up riders, and preparing open houses.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to edit and produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets to track expenses and timelines
- Manage and maintain databases for listings, sales, and client contacts.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely property maintenance and staging.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Provide support for social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Work some weekends as needed to support open houses and client events.
Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills; sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with strong web and social media skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and discretion at all times.
- Possess reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
- Added bonus if you have experience with the Compass tech platform.
- Knowledge of real estate platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS systems.
Preferred Experience
Must have a CA Real Estate License with five years experience in real estate, marketing, or a related field. Need experience with Transaction coordination.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
