Overview
Mulholland Citrus is a fourth-generation family owned and operated, tree nursery, ranch operation, and packing facility. We are seeking a seasoned, experienced, highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing the administrative and clerical day-to-day needs related to the operation.

Duties

Administrative Duties-data entry, filing, answering telephones, etc...
Accounts Payable
Purchasing
Payroll
Maintaining records for inventory tracking, equipment repairs, and other items as needed.
Manage Safety records, meetings, etc...
Perform other duties as instructed by Management.

Requirements

Experience with Famous Accounting Software
Ability to multi-task
Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
Agriculture industry experience preferred.

Skills

Adept at working with management and operations personnel
Proven ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
Strong organizational abilities and work ethic
Attention to detail

Compensation

Wages depend on experience, flexible hours based on workload, Mon-Fri
