Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the administrative functions of the company. This role involves handling daily maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing employment documents, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Coordinate interview schedules, screen resumes, and assist in the hiring process as needed.
Support payroll processing by tracking attendance, leave records, and employee hours.
Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and assist in coordinating office activities.
Assist with planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and travel arrangements.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the HR and operations teams.

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative support, or office management (preferably in logistics or e-commerce).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices is a plus.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
